Just posted about it in the TYCO thread:
Horatio Sans is playing Buffett on SNL right now as a spoof of the Tyco thing during Weekend Update. "Wasteing $2million on exploding titty cakes" "wasteing away again in Sardinia" "some people say I was also a pretty heavy drunk, yes I was"
Is it day?

Oh, well....I can't be reading everywhere at once AND watching TV, can I Mr. Wade?

It cracked me up!

Besides, I felt like starting a thread. It's been entirely too long.

Awww, come on....it was funny in the respect that they couldn't even stop laughing while they were doing it.
Maybe it's my warped sense of humor again, or exhaustion....who knows?

and what's REALLY unfunny is what they are doing now....cow toots?

That was funny - but if they would have just stuck to the script there would have been no laughs :D

Well now, that's just WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I laughed but the part at the end where they say Jimmy was drugged up kinda p*** me off. But SNL is known for going way-the-hell-beyond-reality. Jeeze couldn't they have used a less chubby actor? Simple math says: >publicity = >ticket-getting-difficulty.

:) barely had time to get my jimmy tape in there to tape it. it was great to see him get the airtime, even if not in the best of taste.

The only part about Buffett they got right was the wristband...but Jimmy wears 2...The bit was only funny when they started messing up and ad-libbed the rest...

I have just finished watching the weekend update and some of the SNL before and after it, I cant help but wonder how this show is still on the air. Not only was the Jimmy bit pure crap but the rest was garbage as well. There is no reason to treat Rod Roddy's death the way that they did.
