Todd just finished his new cd a couple weeks ago. I think he is looking at a early spring release if all goes as planned.

I'm listening to the Boats, Beaches, Bars & Ballads 4 CD set that I created from the stuff I have on my iPod without using any Buffett songs. At least none that he wrote, there are a few that's he's recorded/done in concert.

Jimmie Dale Gilmore Pays Tribute to his Father.

I gotta say that the last song at minute 22 is ONE of the most beautiful songs ever written. It's by Billy Joe Shaver and is called Hearts-A-Bustin. It's a song about a flower and a wife's death.

I'm listening to my co-workers gripe about the weather. SHUT UP! ITS NICE OUT, JAGOFF
"Oh all the money that e'er I spent, I spent it in good company.
And all the harm that I ever did, Alas it was to none but me.
And since it falls, unto my lot, that I should rise and you should not
I'll gently rise and I'll softly call, 'Goodnight and Joy be with you all.'"

Lots of "Classic Country" on digital cable. It is so good to hear the stuff/artists that made me a fan in the 70/80's that the big channel programmed format bastards dropped like a hot rock

I just finished the new Beatles biography, so I've been listening to their stuff.

Is LET IT BE NAKED worth buying??
