POLL turkey Baked,smoked or deep fried??

This year my family has made the choice to eat out for Thanksgiving
I have been in charge of the turkey for about the last 15 years
and just wondered what's your favorite???
PS I have the eqptment for all three methods

Deep phried in peanut oil is the best, 3 minutes per pound...........

EXACTLY what I was going to say! Every football game I go to, a turkey deep-fried in Peanut Oil is a must. (We even made it on the Buffalo Evening news once!)

We smoke ours whenever possible. Put things like raisins and apple slices and LOTS of butter up under the skin to keep it moist. It takes MANY hours, but is SOOOOOOOOOO worth it!! We prefer hickory chips, but lots of people use mesquite too.

Deep Fried is the best. I did one tailgating at a rams game 1x. I shure the beer made it taste better !
