Anything & Everything Michigan vs. Ohio State

It's time for the game between the University of Michigan and that team from down south. The Rose Bowl berth will be on the line as well as a possible championship game berth.

The Luckeyes have had almost everyone's number the last 2 years and are attempting to once again spoil the Wolverines New Years Day trip to Pasadena...but in my humble opinion that will not happen.

I believe Michigan can get out front and if they KEEP THEIR FOOT ON THE GAS they can take down the Luckeyes and not get caught up in a last minute game which for some bizzare reason has favored the Luckeyes time after time!

C'mon college phootball phans, call your shot!

Has anyone else noticed over the years how often the underdog wins this game?

Unless State finds an offense in the next 5 days I don't think this will be much of a game.

OSU will win!!! No doubt about it!! Call it what you will, they find a way to win!!! From espn.com:
There are those who say the Buckeyes are lucky, and that's simply a lazy explanation. Ohio State is not lucky, even if Sander, the holder, said someone got a finger on Nugent's overtime field goal. That one went through the uprights, and Jones' did not. No one goes 24-1 by being lucky. No one wins three games in one season without an offensive touchdown by rubbing a rabbit's foot.

GO BUCKS!!!!!!

Oh and I can quote ESPN.com too!

First
Hail To The Victors
Take heart, USC fans. Michigan isn't merely playing the role of BCS spoiler against your nemesis Buckeyes this Saturday.

The Wolverines can clinch an outright Big Ten championship with a win and also keep alive their own slim hopes of playing for the national title. That's a lot to play for.

A win over Ohio State should ultimately make Michigan the highest ranked of teams with two losses, meaning it would be able to reach No. 2 in the BCS if USC and LSU both were toppled in the final few weeks. And because the Trojans and Tigers will not play their final games until Dec. 6, the Wolverines would have a little longer to dream if they can knock off OSU.

The only twice-beaten teams that appear to have a chance at edging out Michigan for the No. 2 spot are Georgia and Tennessee. In order for that to happen, one of these teams would need to reach the SEC title game and beat an 11-1 LSU.

The difficult part for Tennessee will be winning the SEC East tiebreaker. More than likely, Georgia will have to lose to either Kentucky or Georgia Tech for the Volunteers to come out on top.
