Really Early Nissan Tailgate Meeting

Okay so I'm starting this thread about 6 months early, but it's really friggin' cold out and I'm too poor to make it to Cali or Hawaii and I need to get excited about something.
It looks like we're going to be taking the "Virtual" out of "Virtual Tailgate" next summer at Nissan. There's plenty of planning to be done!
To get the ball rolling here's what we need to start thinking about. Inside or Lawn seats. We need to set up a network of people all trying to buy tickets and plan to sell extras to fellow BNers. Do we all try and get 8 tickets or should be just try and buy 2. Fewer Seats=Better Seats. Who's going to volunteer to be the Tailgate Headquarters. What has everyone already got as far as tailgate parrotphanalia and what do we need to get? Should we all try and stay in the same hotel? If so, which one?
It's never too early to start planning people!!!

I think that's a good plan.. We've just gotta decide if we're all gonna be willing to sit in groups of two with better seats or try and get bunches together and have not quite as good seats..

I think we need to go inside for less but better seats. Plus ...we might need some time to explain to our Wives, GF ...BF ...husbands...whoever... just what the hell happened at the Tailgate. ( and prior )
Shane.....Will your monkey be allowed in

Assuming Bubba's new Cd will be out by then. Lets begin to think of a country theme. BTW, you can see the Blue Ridge Mts from that area, so we need to build in some redneck stuff into our planning. With that said, Im thinking about having my two front teeth removed
I will talk to my AB friends ......and the mesh Speedo's for us guys ....and the Bud bikini's for the girls
PS - I will also bring my guitar for the tailgate sing-a- long

I like the country theme! WIth you being in St. Louis you must not have to go too far out of town to get your hands on some bails of hay right? That might be good!

How close is it to Downtown DC? I haven't been there in a while and would like to check it out that weekend.

DUDE!!! I like it!! Who's the barnbuilder of the group?? I'd volunteer to build it, but you would all have to sign waivers promising to to sue after the eventual collapse of the structure.

Its only about 25 miles west of DC. The last subway stop is about 5 miles from there.I will be glad to give a guided tour of downtown DC for the VT group. Georgetown is a blast, so is old town Alexandria. We should plan on a trip there as well.
My sister works on Capital Hill and we can get some VIP tickets for the White House, Capital, etc.
This is gonna be a blast

I might just take you up on that! Everytime I've gone there I've just kinda walked around like an idiot tourist. It might be nice to actually see some stuff!

Your on Bro
I used to live in Old town Alexandria ( while in college ) in a house built in 1850ish. Until we moved to St. Louis, Our house was 6 miles from the White House in Northern VA, so I can show the group around
We should plan on staying there for a couple of days to make the most of it

I really do like the Barn Idea. I wondering how we could turn a big tent into a barn. I have a canopy thats like 15 x 15. I gotta figure out a way to make it look like a big red barn. We also need a big BN banner.....note to self....talk to AB about large banner / flag
