Wobbly? A bit. From Jose C, not the Capt. We had great seats in 101, and everyone SAT! I couldn't believe it. The standing was only for a few numbers. I firmly believe that's why my Margaritas got spiked.
Snagged a huge Corona Official sign which is now on the garage door. Fun to watch folks drive by, notice it and grin.

Yeah, I was in 101 and felt the pressure to sit for some of the show. Were you the guy in row 5 or 6 with the beige hawaiian shirt? Great show, great seats, would have rather been on the floor with all the action.

Hi Kidmom ... no, that was not us. Didn't realize that there was pressuring to sit. Should have known that was why! Talked to several "floor" fans who said that they would rather have been elevated a bit. So ... guess there's no perfect seat.

Yeah, it can get old having to stand during the whole show, but you also lose the crowd/party feeling up in the stands. I just really admired the guy in the beige shirt - he was having a great time and it showed! :)

Standing or Sitting

Post by goodcatholicgirl »

So, sorry about your experience in 100 and 101 in San Jose. 115 was great. We would have invited you up had we known. I do not think we sat in our seats more than 2 or 3 songs. Maybe it was because we were sitting behind the Hula Contest winner and a distributor for Margeritaville Tequilla :D :pirate:

No, no no ... you read us wrong ... the concert was great!! I should have put a smile behind my statement about the spiked margs! Most people know about my flask, and tease me about it! It was used liberally last night: nothing to do with the fact that we sat a lot! Well ... now that I think about it, maybe we didn't. Hmmmm ... we may well have been the target of flying objects to persuade us to sit!

Good Times Had By All

So glad to hear. I was feeling a little guilty about having so much fun. Not really. :D I too enjoyed the show soooooooooo much. I cannot wait to go to my next show. I have listened to Jimmy Buffet since I was in High School 1970 something and this was the first show I was able to attend. Cannot wait to see his 2004 tour schedule.
