Jimmy announced tonight that Back to the Island (A Leon Russell cover) will be on the new album. What a great version. The background singers were awesome.

Has anyone heard Michael McCloud's rendition of Back to the Island?
I like it better than the original. If you are down in Key West be sure and catch him at the Schooner Wharf from 12 to 5 p.m. about 5 or 6 days a week.
He also writes his own music and has three cd's all of which are fantastic.

Idon't have Jimmy's version Fri nite from Maui, but I DO HAVE a copy of Leon Russell's version, which has a funky, twangy sound to it (hey, it is Leon Russell!)

It's almost 5 MB, so I don't know how I could post it for others to share.

Does anyone have ideas/solutions for sharing this MP3 file???

I HIGHLY recommend that CD. It's really, really good.
