New Lulu's Grand Opening

Dear Friends! Well LULU’S is almost ready, hallelujah! We received our lovely C.O. (certificate of operation) yesterday and will be ready to open by Fat Tuesday, Feb 24th, just in time for all of you preparing to bring in Lent with a BANG!!! Come and join us, LULU’s will be open all day, 11am until 10pm, and I will be sending the music schedule along as soon as I can. We won’t be taking reservations or selling tickets to anything as a lot of folks have asked….Just come on down for good food and a good time. Thanks for all of your encouragement and patience. LULU'S at HOMEPORT MARINA

Dear Friends,

Your inquiries and support have been overwhelming!!!! We are as excited as
you about the move to Gulf Shores, but as you may have heard, our planned
February 17th Opening Day has been POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE due to Bad
Weather Conditions. The rain has given us one final test before we move
into our BEAUTIFUL weather-proof new facility. We wouldn't want you sludging
through the mud, and it seems we need just four little consecutive days of
Sunshine (which is predicted for next week, but we know how weather
predictions can be) to finish the paving of the parking lot. We will keep
you informed of all developments and release an official Opening Date as
soon as we can. You will be the first to know when the doors fly open! Keep
the Faith, and get ready to kick back and have a blast. LOVE, LULU

I will be heading to Jackson Ms on Saturday, March 13. Guess I will have to stop in at LuLu's for lunch. I know many Pheads will be there since that is near the end of Stars. That will just make lunch more enjoyable. See you guys there.

it's not worth travelling over 380 miles to meet!

Sounds good to me. But it will be a big decision to make; Cheeseburger or some great seafood.
