Does anyone else wonder if Jimmy will show up at Lulu's new digs in Homeport Marina on the Gulf Shores? I see Mac plays there next week for the grand opening weeklong celebration. It would be cool if he popped in. I'm making that a destination while on Dauphin Island for spring break. Anyone else been there?

Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are great. One of my favorite bars is there...Floribama. Even with the 8 story parking garage next door, it still has an allure.

Also, you can go to Calypso Joe's to see John Reno. I guess he is still around there.

I lived in Pensacola for 22 years and agree that the Flora-Bama is one of the best dives on the Redneck Riviera. Lulu's will be quite a poke from Dauphin Island, but well worth the trip. I personally think that Bubba will show up at some point, maybe Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Pensacola Beach is also nice, make sure you go to the Sandshaker lounge, where the bushwacker was invented. Mobile will be in the middle of Mardi Gras, although I haven't been in years, It's really better than New Orleans. Have a great time, and hope to see you there!

Lulu's opens Feb. 17....looks like a great place to go when in Gulf Shores and surrounding beaches!!!!
