never been to Hawaii, but the whole movie is pretty much based on the non-touristy almost rural parts of Hawaii makes me want to move there, all in all a very good movie, funny and i cant really stand either Drew Barrymore or Adam Sandler, it actually showed Sandler had some range, and has some references to some of his old movies (happy gilmore, billy madison) great reggae/80's inspired soundtrack which i will certainly pick up today...
take your sig-other and see it, mine got all sappy after and you know what that means...daddy likey

If this movie had been set just about anywhere else, I wouldn't give it a glance. But I'll go see it just to watch the background. :D :D

Thanks for the review. I am a huge Adam Sandler fan but I thought this movie looked kind of stupid. I am going to see this tonight and will find out for myself. Also if anyone is looking for a good movie. I thought Along Comes Polly was great.
