three inches will, yeah. when we lived in that area, it snowed 8" and the kids were out of school for a week, because the county had no snow removal equipment to speak of, and had to wait for it to melt.....

 it's true, LMAO

when I lived in the Poconos it was life as usual with any amount up to a foot. A typical "storm" though would dump 18-20"
here in Tidewater VA they just don't get enough snow to warrent buying the equipment.
An interesting stat I read when I moved here was from 1980-1990 it snowed a total of 19" in a 10 year span, not bad!

We just had 18 inches here in the Twin Cities here last week and nothing closed. And the low in Embarrass, MN yesterday was -44 below zero F.
Quit whining. If it was 28 and no snow on the ground we would be golfing up here.

I wanna be a weatherguesser in Hawaii.... How hard could it be??

Sunny, highs in the 80's, lows in the low 70's, possibility of showers windward.

See? :o :P
