I noticed!!!! Thanks to everyone again! It was a great day with all my BN friends...as I work at home, I was by myself today so you all made it much less lonely! I will save the real birthday celebration for Alpine with all my BN phriends and other PH phriends!!!!

So Jolena, what's the update on who's going on the bus ride and who's going to be at the show?

btw... it doesn't look like we will be doing the bus ride. I just talked to some people this weekend and they are fired up about Lake Geneva... I think it's definitely where we are going to be on Friday night...

I'll be there! can't wait to meet (not meat) all the BN'ers!

It's a cute little resort town with a couple decent bars. And a beautiful lake! I'm so excited the show is in July! Warmer water for late nite skinny dipping!!!

I dont mean to interupt all of the fun, but... I have a group that is planning an RV trip to Alpine and they are hesitant about doing it due to the date not being official yet? I tell them it is pretty much a done deal, but I havent heard anything recently! Whats the deal?

FUN says its a done deal. She seems to have a pretty good source.

Yep... I'm pretty confident on the July 10 date too. There aren't very many Saturday dates left available in the summer and it's pretty guaranteed that the Alpine show will be on a Saturday. Plus it would follow the Indy shows, which makes a lot of sense...

July 10th for Alpine is pretty accurate. They have also confirmed
The Whaleshark to play the big Pre-Concert Party on
FRIDAY JULY 9th at 8pm.

The Pre-Concert party will be at the Best Western in Janesville,
the hotel is puting on a Fish Fry (includes one ice cold Corona)
starting at 6pm and then The Whaleshark takes the stage at 8pm...
That's where all of US will be!

The Lake is right by Alpine Valley, some people are staying down there instead, but we will be meeting up Saturday sometime before the show....

I'm in for Janesville along with what sounds like a lot of others so far!!!! The list keeps growing and I keep getting more and more messages....CAN'T WAIT!!!!

And I don't know Jolena...remember last time you and I partied together you had to re-tie my coconuts back ON...and you and I ended up barefoot dancing ON the bar to the juke box songs, pouring shots of hard liquor in people's mouths... Yeah...not sure ANYBODY on this thread would be interested in a party like that...

Muscamoot Bay in Lake St Clair. Picture 100 or more boats tied side to side in about 3 feet of water. About 20-30 feet off of their transom is another line of 100 or more. The channel created by these lines of boats becomes the party zone where anything goes. Add a dj with the sound system from hell on his houseboat..... lotsa libations...... you get the idea. I'll dig up a few pics. When everyone comes here for the hopefully soon to be announced Detroit show on a Saturday..... we're all going to the bay on Sunday!!!!!
