Van Morrison will visit the U.S. briefly this spring. The renowned artist will kick off a five-city tour March 31 in New York and visit Minneapolis, San Francisco, Chicago and Boston, where he will close the run April 9.
Prior to visiting the U.S., Morrison has a six-date European tour on tap. That trek gets underway March 5 in Norway and finishes March 18 in Milan. A June 21 show at London's Royal Albert Hall is also on his itinerary, and he is slated to headline the opening night of the inaugural Blenheim Palace Music Festival, set for July 1-3 in the Great Court at English stately home Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, northwest of Oxford.
The artist is touring in support of last year's "What's Wrong With This Picture?" Morrison's first album for Blue Note Records, "Picture" debuted at No. 32 on The Billboard 200.
