Think we'll get a good surprise opener for this tour? Personally-I would love for him to open the show with Landfall. Followed of course by Migration. And Cowboy in the Jungle in the acoustic set. :pirate:

I was thinking the same thing.

I also like Fruitcakes to open that always sends me into a frenzy.

Mmmm, I kinda don't think so, Wade. It's not wild enough. I'm betting LtC will be either in the middle of the first set, or near the beginning of the second set.

Lage Nom Ai would be a good one!

School Boy Heart would be fantastic! But I don't think he'll go with it........ :P

Oooooo! How about Barometer Soup? :D

I agree. I love Great Heart as an opener and don't want it to be droped!

I love Great Heart as well, but wouldn't mind Far Side of the World either. :D Like was mentioned earlier, I don't think they will keep the same opener two tours in a row. Don't think it will be LTC either. That will come later on, in the middle of the show.

He has opened 2 recent tours with Great Heart so it can go to another spot in the lineup. I was just thinking that Livingston Saturday Night might be a fun song to open with. :pirate:

Based on those i'd go with Landfall. But i would love to see Barometer Soup played anywhere in the set,but i think it would be best as the opener!

i dont think i would vote for any of the songs on this poll. my vote goes for lage nom ai, diz bidness, gravity storm, pas-ma-goula run, or maybe even a beach boys cover. opener has to be energetic. i just dont find these country tunes to be that energetic. lets not forget about the white-man's rap at the end of LTC

Lage Nom Ai is always good. Actually I just love hearing the drums just before everything starts...sends chills all through my body!! :P

One Particular Harbour, I think it is the best song he has ever opened with. The drums can go on forever before he gets on the stage and it whips the crowd into a frenzy, as if they need any extra help..
