PS...Honk if you guys pass us on I-20. We'll be the ones with the Buffett CONGO LINE parrot flag flapping from the tailgate! I wonder how the SC highway patrol will like that?

AG waves to ParrotDawg. Was great meeting you!

I don't think I'll stay at a Holiday Inn again anytime soon. Late Wednesday night their hot water tank ruptured and dumped 1000 gallons of water down the elevator shaft and out into the hotel. We were hot waterless untill after the show thursday night. And the hotel was pretty much in disarray from the incident.

Got to meet ParrotDawg and his wife. We didn't see any other BNers. Concert was a great warm up to Atlanta. Enjoyed it!
It's a jungle out there kiddies... Have a very fruitful day.

We liked staying there, minus the hot water until morning. But by the time we got up, there was plenty of hot water. Plus the second elevator was working by the end of the concert, so that helped a lot. We enjoyed the END ZONE sports bar, the drinks, food (it was the BIGGEST burger I ever ate) and company of ALT gal and her parents. But what is up these little bottles of alcohol required in SC for mixed drinks? Although I noticed my wife had no problem with those little bottles of Jose! LOL
AND where were all the other Buffettnews parrotheads that were to stay at the Holiday Inn? Captain Joe?? We could have used your submarine at the hotel!

Yes SC doesn't allowe "free" pour drinks. We use mini-bottles. BUT you can't buy the mini's in liquer stores. BUT if your in anyother state, they "free"pour and you CAN buy the mini's . What's up with that? :-?

Sounds like a political thing to me where money is involved. And how would you make a drink like a Long Island ice tea that has 4 different alcohols? Would be a strong drink, not to mention cost a fortune using 4 or 5 mini bottles.

Oh well, just glad I live on this side of the state line :D
