How close to the venue are you looking?

Sorry, I have no idea what's down there in the way of hotels. It's not like the venue is in the heart of downtown. It's kind of out of the way. Maybe someone from the Southside would know. Wish I could be more helpful.

People who have come in from out of town have always stayed near the airport. But that's still a 10 min drive at least. I don't know of anything within walking distance, but I don't know that area very well either.

WAGS The Airport Sheraton is probably the closest! I thought the date was uncomfirmed though?

Not according to Z93's website and the 11 am call back I got from Peach 94.9's program manager. Both show/say May 26 and tix going on sale this coming saturday at 10 am.

The closest reliable hotels would be around the airport, mainly on Virginia Avenue. There's a couple of restaurants on that street that throw big pre-parties and usually offer party bus/van rides to the venue. They're called Malone's and Spondivits. Otherwise, you'd be better off staying somewhere downtown, east side, or on the north side of Atlanta which is where the Buckhead party district is. As long as you're inside the perimeter (I-285) it won't be too long a ride.

Here's a link to a site about the Buckhead area and the hotels:

ngaparrothead or someone else, please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's about a 20 minute drive.

Lithia Springs is a nice place to stay; I have stayed there before.

Lithia Springs is no where near the venue. Stay around the airport or downtown. The venue is not exactly in the best part of town.

If you can find a hotel on Virginia Ave/airport. You can always go to Malones pre-concert party and take their shuttle to the show. We did that last time to Philips Arena. It worked out pretty good :D

WVS! Lithia Springs is about 20-25 minutes west of I-285 on I-20. Add the time around the perimeter and getting to/parking at Hi-Fi Buys and you have a long trip. I tried it on Mapquest and it guesstimated 28 minutes, which is optimistic in my book.

Here's the web-site for Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheater, too. The map on the website is awful but you can at least get printed directions or use the address on something like Mapquest.
