Personally I would just like to see the people that caused the telecom company I used to work for lose everything they have! They lied to everyone about profit margins and filed bankruptcy and because of some clausse in the charter got to walk away and split the last $56million that the company had which inevitably left me on my FIRST layoff of that year!

While I do think the govenment could spend our money a little more wisely this is one b**** who got what she deserved. I'm speaking from personal experience.
She will get jail time, somewhere in the order of 3-5 years.

While I would agree there a much bigger fish to fry she misplayed the hand she was dealt. It is a huge no no to lie to the feds. That did not get her on their good side. The investigation should have been over as soon as it started if everyone involved simply told the truth. The feds will not let intention to deceive go, if anything they just bite down harder. She bluffed, got called, time to pay the fiddler.

And yes..I can think of more then few players in the options game who should be run up the flag pole.
