Thursday Chicago Concert on Sale at Noon Saturday

According to the ad in the Tribune, tickets will go on sale at noon this Saturday, not the usual 10am (didn't someone say earlier at Brittney Spears tickets are on sale on the 13th-that would explain the later time).

I thought it was a previous year date, but than I went to this link and it says 8/6/04. The must have forgot the 2 in front of the 6. What does the paper copy say?
