Skipping Great Woods
Can't believe Jimmy is skiiping Great Woods -- so many great memories all for the Green Monster (Guess he figures the Sox will be out by then!) -- so time to start new memories at the Jones Beach Labor Day Show... just doesn't sound right... Well off to the Bald Parrot see ya on the Island!

When they run you out of town make it look like you are leading the parade.

Isn't Jones Beach a big destanation for Labor Day weekend anyway? With Buffett there that Saturday can you imagine the traffic? Plus Jones beach only seats about 15,000 with no lawn section to speak of. I wish he would do The Meadows that Saturday instead of Jones Beach.

Dead In Mansfield?
No Great Woods?
Live Fridays & Sundays?
Sad September Schedule.
Have big stadiums and money finally ruined the end of summer schedule?
How will Boston & Baltimore feel about the long preshow parties?
Where will everyone gather before these big city shows? How many streets are these cities willing to close?
Parking $50 this year?
Hope Jimmy rethinks these changes!

Wher's Jones Beach
I'm dissapointed if there's no Great Woods this year. I've never been to Jones Beach. How far is it from Great Woods?

These ballparks may be great "venues", but I'm sure the tailgating is not nearly as good in the middle of town.

Unlike tailgaiting at Merriweather you are allowed to tailgate in the lots at Camden Yards. Instead of having 30,000-40,000 people at Merriweather you could easily get 60,000 at Camden Yards depending on the way they set it up. Since I can see Camden Yards from my house I hope they do it at Camden Yards.
