There will be two other parrothead's attending the tailgating at Holiday Inn. We are staying across the street at the Fairfield.

Should be easy to spot. Two guys by themselves sitting by their car

Okay, he goes on 2nd shift tomorrow so try him during the day. If you dont get him let one of us know and we can try giving him a call as well.

Alright! I'm feeling better about this weekend already. I'm 75% finished with my paper and even though I originally told my professor I would turn it in tonight, it looks like I will submit it by tomorrow evening...still giving me plenty of time to rally and look forward to Saturday!!!

I was talking to my roommate, who will be with me Saturday, about the weather forecast of rain. We've been to many, many shows together, including the 40 degrees and sleeting 2001 show at Alpine, but we've never been to a show that has ended up being a mud bowl. Even though the parking lot is gravel, the lawn, where we will be has the potential to get very messy... I won't be wearing my good clothes... that's for sure!!!

Just a few days away from my first trip to Chicago, can't wait! Anyway, I had a question. We plan on driving to the Holiday Inn so we can start tailgating with everyone early. We don't have a room though, and will probably taxi back to my cousin's place (in northern Chicago). For anyone who's been to the Holiday Inn, do you think it'd be alright if I left my car there overnight and picked it up it Sunday morning. We don't want to drive back after the show, but I don't want to get towed. Do they make you write down your license (to chill) number when you check in? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and fins up!

Hey Pholks,
Still no confirmation on our tix from sis-in-law, but we remain optimistic! Sounds like quite a bash brewing (no pun intended) at HI in the parking lot! Lois and I hope to arrive by about 2:00... we'll be bring some Coronas of course!

What time is everyone heading to the Tweeter Lot, and what is the plan post-show? This pirate is staring 40 square in the face but we can probably manage to hang with you youngsters for a while anyway... if you'd like us to. How will everyone be getting in touch, how do we know which party is which at HI, etc? Can't wait to get there! GOD do we need this!!
