For some reason I just don't think Jersey when I think tiki bars of course I have never been on the NorthEast coast, I could be misinformed.

I stand by it when I say Jersey has the nicest beaches in the continental US!!!!!

no passport required but you will need a airline ticket.

I personally love Hilton Head Island, SC. If I were going, I would definately stay at the Holiday Inn in Southbeach, they've got their own Tiki Bar! I also absolutely love Destin, FL, and I've heard rave reviews of Navarre Beach, FL, which is just outside of Destin. Gulf Shores, AL is pretty cool too.

Heck, a bad vacation in South Carolina is better than a good vacation anywhere, IMHO.

I'm headed to Sandbridge, VA in about 3 weeks. I'll have a report when I get back. It's my first time.
