Where would You have the better chances of getting tickets. Ticketmaster, or Clear channel? It seems that both have ways to order tickets. Since CC owns most of the radio stations, they might have a better site. Any help? Thanks and fins up!!!

as best I can tell, they are both pulling from the same back-end database (inventory) one is just a cc pipe the other TM. 99% of the issues faced w/ tm is the database can't keep up with all the outlets, online and phone requests. Considering this, it may be faster to make the inital request through cc.com, but I can't see it making that big of a difference...m2c

It's not going to matter if you go through CC.COM or Ticketmaster it's the same data base and site link. Go to CC and click on buy tickets, it takes you to ticketmaster.com and at this point you are fighting everyone else. You are doing the right thing by having someone stand in line while you go online. I would use ticketmaster because you are going through one less link.
I know everyone loves to bad mouth ticketmaster and there is millions of post here telling about how they screwed someone over but I have always used them and never had a problem. The key is pre register all your credit card and address info, if you are already registered make sure the credit card is still good and the experation date has not passed (this gets a lot of people), Don't forget your password, and be patience and don't panic. If they tell you your wait is 15 minutes dont start pushing buttons, wait because people will be hitting ESC, ENTER and half a dozen other keys thinking it will help but all it will do is get them kicked off and now your wait just got shorter.
Also if you are using dial-up your chances are going to be slimmer because your ISP may not be able to handle it so find someone with cable or DSL and use their computer tomorrow.
Good Luck. I hope you get tickets.

I got 4 tickets in the pavillion (at the back) for 8/28. $44 in convenience and handling charges!
