Phew...I'm exhausted!!!!!
Next topic will be ebay/scalper prices after most of us get shut out on Saturday. I think we'll finally see a limit beyond which lots of folks won't pay to get a seat at Fenway. At least at GW's, you could rationalize that the " total experience" was worth good money. Not so sure about hanging out in a small bar for hours before the show paying inflated prices for drinks.
Only time will tell...

I have an idea...let's everyone here and all of your friends boycott the ticket sale tomorrow...do not call ticket master at all....let's show them how p*** we all are that Buffett is playing Fenway!!
BOYCOTT TICKET MASTER TOMORROW!! NO FENWAY TICKET!
(ok, maybe that will work...now I won't have any competition for tickets!

I dont think I've ever seen such high scalper prices. If I'm going to pay over 200.00 a ticket I need a lap dance from Peter
. I'll stand on landsdown street and wait for the scalpers who cant unload their tickets, maybe that will work. I cant see people paying HUGE amts like there asking. I'm a big fan and all but please......

Clear Channel's SVP said intodays local paper that Buffet will play GW as well as Fenway but they do not have a date yet!

LOL! I thought the same thing....however, since they're pretty much the only station that plays Jimmy AT ALL.....I guess we'll take what we can get, eh?
101.9 Cool 102 in Falmouth plays quite a bit of Jimmy, if you're far enough south to pick it up. I can hear it in eastern RI. They play a Buffett Buffet on Sunday at noon and on Friday at 5PM.
They're giving away tickets today. To qualify, you had to call in all this week whenever you heard a JB song played. Monday morning (HEH HEH) they played Mexico, and after it ended the DJ says, "No, that was the JAMES TAYLOR version of Mexico, people.... JAMES TAYLOR!! Stop calling!!" You could almost SEE the guy rolling his eyes.....

Ok, for those of you non-Bostonians coming to Fenway, there are two great places right behind the park to hit that fit with the Buffett theme. Tequila Rain and the Tiki Room, both located on Lansdown St. (the street behind the Green Monster, aka left field wall).

From past experiences, I've learned that there is almost no limit how much people will pay for the experience. Bad when you need tickets, but great when you have extra.

well I guess I have no imput anymore.....no ticket for me and all my friends. If someone comes up with a good party maybe I'll come in for Friday. Nodbody has any party plans for Fenway??
