Live By The Bay

Post by VB for Buffett »

Im thinking of buying live by the bay and am wondering if it is worth buying. The only draw back I know of is that it is only on VHS, but thats not realy a problem.
Does it have a varying setlist or is it the same old songs?
We are the people our parents warned us about.

It's definitely worth getting, if nothing else, for the historical value. The regulars are there, but there are some different tunes as well. Conconut Telegraph, Ragtop Day, Stars on the Water, etc. It's definitely worth the couple of bucks it costs. Door Number Three too.

Get it! You will not be disappointed.
Today is the tomorrow you spent yesterday worrying about. Was it worth it?

Has anyone heard if there are plans to re-release it on DVD form? If they did they could remaster the soundtrack and with surround sound it would sound like you were there. I bet that would be a huge seller in parrotheadland.

It's fantastic. It's a must have for all Parrotheads.

It's the ultimate tailgate party but during the concert. People are floating around in tubes inside the venue and dancing on their boats during Volcano. It's one of my favorite music videos of all time!
It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving
Take care my American friend

Most de-phin-itely one of those must have's in your collection........that goes for both of the above mentioned videos.

I am also hopeful that they will eventually be released on DVD.

I graciously recieved a copy of the Austin City Limits show on VCD (which plays like a DVD) from a fellow parrothead and it too is awesome! :D
