Doesn anyone else HATE wearing shoes, or is that just me? My girlfriend swears my aversion to shoes has to do with Jimmy Buffett. Am I the only weird one here?
While you may or may not be weird, you're hardly alone. I would much rather be barefooting it like Jerry Jeff says. I come home from work and the shoes are the first thing off. I don't think it's Jimmy's influence, I think it's something to do with the fact that my feet are happier with room to breath and wiggle.

I hate wearing shoes. And hell has to damn near freeze over to get me in pantyhose. I always thought it was from when I was a child and ran around all summer long barefoot

I hate shoes. I would much rather be walking around in sandles all the time. We purchased some from a flea market in Myrtle Beach and you can't hardly take them off my feet. They are soooooo comfy.

I was wondering if there were other people out there that felt the same way. I hate shoes, I am wearing flip flops right now. I have about 6 pair of flip flops, if you hate shoes as much as I do you will like these flip flops I don't shop at Abercrombie much but I do buy my flip flops there, nice comfortable leather with rubber soles. I have been wearing sandals consistantly for about the last 5-6 years. All year around. Keep in mind I live in Michigan. I wear sandals no matter how much snow is on the ground. I will wear shoes occasionally(work,basketball) but other than that I am flip flops all the time. The best flip flops I have ever owned are Reefs, I do enjoy a nice 99 cent pair everyonce in a while though.

same, same. can't stand shoes. its like being tied up or something...not that there is anything wrong with that ( as seinfield says ), just not my feet. reefs baby, reefs!!! they feel sooo good i've thought about having them permantly sewed to my feet. breathe, thats it, just breathe....
I hate shoes but it is not like I go barefoot, at least not in the winter. I have this freakish aversion to getting my socks dirty. So if I'm wearing socks my shoes stay on until I go to bed. BUT when it finally warms up here in Wisconsin I put all my others shoes away and live in my sandals.
If my feet didn't get so cold I would wear them year round. I love sandals. They are the most comfy shoe. It's the next best thing to going barefoot!!
