on the topic anyways......That lady on the board only has till next week to make up her mind, the 22nd, so the news should be soon. I guessing its a go with no tailgating. They were still haggling about closing Yawkey way like they do for red sox games.

Thanks for the info on the show, It is appreciated from us people who have nothing better to do but worship Jimmy, I will be going to Fenway, it will be my second show for the year, I hope I don't steal a ticket away from someone else!! We are bringing 4 newbies with us, oh no thats 4 extra tickets, I guess we better not go so ashaway can have a ticket! NOT!!!

I didn't know this. Poor misguided me spends all of my spare time reading BN, listening to Buffett music, buying Buffett stuff and planning roadtrips to concerts and Margaritaville locations. And I know how to use spell check.

I have talked to many people who go to greatwoods every year and alot have said they wont go to fenway. I'm goin try but if I dont get thru I'm not paying scalper prices for fenway. I got tickets to camden so I'm all set. Fenway will be cool but just not the same. My brother-in-law always goes and he wont go to fenway. I've also heard from people with season tickets who have never been to a Buffett show who want to go. So the ticket sale should be interesting to say the least........

I'm still trying to find someone with season tickets who will buy me tickets to the show!!

After the Friday "Buffett Buffet" this afternoon, from the evening drive time DJ on 101.9, Cool 102, on Cape Cod announced:

"Informed sources" tell him that the decision on Fenway will be made within the next week, but there is no clue whether it would be Fenway or Great Woods. This DJ's opinion was that Jimmy wouldn't skip New England all together. Hope he's right!
