GREAT SHOW!!
What an excellent show from Tampa tonight! I loved the set list this evening! The band joining in on Pencil Thin Mustache was pretty cool. And wow, Get Drunk was awesome...I wasn't alive in the 60s or the 70s and only half the 80s, but the old style 60s theme was cool, I wish I could've been in St. Pete Times Forum to see it! Also, thanks to the Radio Margaritaville crew for a great job, only minor interruptions, thank you guys! Great show, what a way to start the weekend and the summer! I can't wait for Jimmy and the band to make it up here to Columbus, OH one month from tonight!!!

I enjoyed the show...I was supposed to be working at home tonight but just got into the show and started thinking about Atlanta show. I can not wait!!! If it wasn't for the NFL draft Saturday I might would have headed on over to Charlotte Saturday. But I will visit there on RM.

Here's someone who WAS THERE!!!
Just got home. HOLY FREAKIN CRAP!!!
What a great show! Sure, i've listened to the live albums and several RM broadcasts, but its nothing like actually being there. Did I enjoy myslef, you ask? Well, lets put it this way, my voice is currently horse. Our seats were perfection. We sat in section 208 which is on the middle level and facing the stage straight on. Not bad seats for a first JB concert! Enjoyed every song and am more than satisfied. The new one, Coast of Carolina, was freakin awsome and made me even more anxoius to get my hands on LTC.
Will post more tommorow when I am well rested and my brain can recall better.

Definitely an incredible show. My seats were behind the stage, but I kind of enjoyed being so close and seeing what goes on with the other band members. For two seconds I started thinking that maybe I spend too much money on Buffett shows, but with one shout of Day O, I remembered why it is all worthwhile. I am definitely juiced about the new disc, it's going to be great and I hate to say it, but I really enjoyed the return of BEG. Oh and thanks to Jim for ending with one of my favorites that I rarely get to hear live. Why, oh why, don't you come to Orlando? Oh well, I got my fix.

c15pilot7 i cant wait either for the columbus show. i was absolutley amazed by the show. i was having computer problems and joined in radiomargaritaville right after wino and i know. jimmy's voice sounded great. setlist was amazing. the only downside was during the first intermission i tried to fix what was wrong with my computer and i couldnt get back online all night. so i missed the remainder of the show.
why dont we get drunk was awesome. ill make sure i have my computer up and running by saturday night.

The new songs were "blacked out" from the RM feed.

I have to agree - the show was GREAT. I had excellent seats, section 120 side stage first row. I was overlooking the ramp where the corral reefer dancers, peter mayer and Mac came out.
I have never been that close to Jimmy before, and I actually made a beach ball on stage. The new songs, coast of Carolina and back to the island were incredible, the new disc will be awesome.
The 60's version of WDWGDAS was also very cool, they opened the second set with Tina Gulloxson, and Nadira Shakur singing Smart woman in a real short skirt.
The encore of Fins was great, there was a huge shark blimp floating around the stadium during the song. He played one of my favorites, fruitcakes with a great slide show on the screen of the lot scene.
All in All it was a great show in my new home town.

Just curious if he will be putting these new shows on cd like the last tour. I would love to have a professional copy of the show. The setlist was awsome, but I was in section 304 and could not understand anything Jimmy was saying inbetween songs. Other than that I has a great time and was quite hoarse after the show.
Bring me the hot sauce, bring me a beer. Going to be the last man standing, but where do you go from here?

The only thing that would bother me IF I was on this first leg of the tour is... 1. the new CD is not out yet. 2. he payed ONLY 2 NEW songs??? WTF??
I know, I know... your still at a Buffett show... but it is a NEW CD tour... without the CD.
