Fenway shows - TM outlet availability on saturday morning???

I posted this on the "Jones Beach" thread, but it applies here as well...
I was at the TM outlet in Meriden, CT yesterday asking whether they will be selling the Fenway shows on saturday morning (the answer was no, btw, which I don't understand) and the only JB show she had on her sheet was the unannounced Jones Beach show on 9/4, going onsale sat 5/15. Something is really screwy about TM that I can't buy Fenway tix in CT on the onsale date - wtf...
-----------------------------------------------------------
So the Jones Beach show was listed, yet the announced Fenway shows were not. She said she rec'd an email earlier in the week that said the Meriden TM would have no JB tix available. Since there was confusion about which shows we were talking about, I asked nicely what the real deal was and was told to call my local TM number and ask, but I told her they didn't know anything. So she called TM headquarters (in VA she assumed) to ask for me, and had to give them a location ID and code to be able talk with somebody. After much confusion on both ends, she gets off the phone and tells me I'm not gonna like what she has to say - that the Fenway shows are restricted to New England TM outlets and that the Meriden Filene's wouldn't have them. OK... well I'm in CT and the last time I checked that's part of New England. Staying calm I tried to clarify what she was saying and after further confusion what resulted was that I need to get tickets online or on the phone. She said Prince went onsale for the Fleet Center a few weeks ago, they had a line of customers, and were able to see the show in their system before the onsale, then suddenly at 10am they were shut out and nobody got tickets and major p*** ensued. Also, Jones Beach shows are restricted to NYC, Long Island and Fairfield County (Meriden is in New Haven County) on the "onsale date". I can understand regional restrictions for this (for example it keeps people - and scalpers - from buying Fenway tix at a TM outlet in Delaware when they go onsale, and there is nobody else in line to compete with them), but what about people in CT? To me, Fenway (or Great Woods) is the local venue for JB and I was hoping to have fewer in line at my TM center in CT, than say the one in Brockton or Revere, just outside of Boston. I'm gonna go to another Filene's today in the area to try to get the lowdown from them, but everytime I've ever gone to a Filene's, they treat the TM outlet as a major inconvenience, because these are the same people who are selling gift cards, returning merchandise, gift wrapping, etc and if there's a line of people for these other services, forget it you won't get any decent TM assistance. They should just do away with the TM outlets altogether or put them in places like record stores or Best Buy, something along the lines of a music-related business...
As an aside, I went to the Tesla show (yes I have varied musical tastes) at the Oakdale Theater last night, and the band was thanking their management, etc during the encore. They thanked Clear Channel (the venue owners) and the crowd went nuts booing, myself included. Since the major supporter of the show, WCCC (a non-Clear Channel station) carries Howard Stern the crowd knew the deal on them. What I found ironic is while everybody was p***, we all went to the show, and bought tix and beer, etc so CC made money off of us anyway, whether we like them or approve of their business tactics or not. Monolopies are rewarding if you're on the beneficial side of them...
