Buffett Ticket Stubs Site

Post by BottleofRum »

I set up a small Jimmy Buffett Ticket Stubs website.

http://geocities.com/buffettstubs/

I talked about doing this last fall and finally got around to doing it this past weekend. The people who did send me their scanned ticket stubs last year are on there. If anyone has any additions or corrections to it let me know.

Thanks.

It is really neat to be able to see the evolution of tickets prices and stubs over the course of almost two decades. Great site! :D
And all across the harbour
Night lights shinin' in
It looks just like stars on the water

Thanks, I've often wondered if tickets would turn black if scanned because of the special ink (or whatever it is) that some are treated with in order to thwart counterfeiters. I have a friend that accidently left his in the sun and they turned black which was totally by accident but of course Ticketbasturd made him buy new ones.

Scanned and emailed in Greensboro 2002, Bristow 2003, Raleigh 2003, and Charlotte 2004. Cool site idea! Might have to make a desktop background with the various tickets!

What?!? No TicketFast stubs?
...Personally I hate those "Print your own tickets" My friend that got the tickets this year accidently chose the print your own tickets option. Now I stuck w/these dumb looking inkjet printed tickets. AND how does Ticketma   ster get off charging EXTRA to print your own tickets....shouldn't it be less?
Is it just me? or does anyone actually like these things?

Personally, I love them. I buy a LOT of concert tickets, and I hate having anything shipped US Mail, (no offense to any PH PostPeople out there, but I've lost WAAAAY too much stuff in the mail). So, they charge you an extra 2.50 to get the tickets....I'd rather pay that then 15 - 20 bucks for UPS, thanks.

And yeah, they're pretty stupid looking. BUT I get them the same day as I place my order.

I saw him at Carowinds around that same time and tickets were only 4 or 5 dollars. Of course, the clincher was paying $15 or so to get in Carowinds itself but nowadays that's a steal....
