PufferBelly's is a really cool place to hang out too.
They've got an indoor beach vollyball court and live music most weekends I believe.

Anywhere but the Mill Hill Club.

The Woodshed is a cool, but crowded bar. I think it's in Orleans.
Tryin' to tell myself that my condition is improvin' and if I don't die by Thursday, I'll be roarin' Friday night.

The Hyannis Harbor Hotel on Main St (right across from the Island Ferries)has a nice outdoor bar. When I was there last year, they played Buffett music almost all day. Great place to people watch!

The BaHa's are awesome! I see them all the time at Robert's Pub in Taunton and when they used to play the North Key West club in Bridgewater. For anyone who doesn't know who they are...they opened for JB at Greatwoods last years Sat. show. I highly recommend going to see them if you get the chance.

I have only been there once. If you like irish bars, I would definitely try Michael Patrick's.
