Go to Rum Point. Great relaxing beach away from the hustle and bustle of down town. It's on the less traveled part of the island, more like a Buffett song then the west end.
Cubbie, you are more than welcome to go. It's the last week of July maybe JB will show up, looks like the tour is on break.
The more the marrier! Hope you like rum.
speeking of rum and the Caymans, which is the better brand?
Tortuga or black beard.
I'm sure I can't go wrong with either one!
Yea...go on a dive boat..ask about "Cheeseburger Reef"..snorkelled there..saw Tarpon..huge Conchs..parrottfish..clownfish..stingrays..so much color..it was a beautiful world down there..
ENJOY!!..but beware of the Columbian Emeralds...beautiful, but the price is deadly!!! Mucho Dinero...$$$$$
The Turtle Farm was actually kind of interesting. BIG mother turtles!
Sunset cruise was fun. Watch out for the rum punches!!
Swimming with the stingrays was an experience of a lifetime.
(As was drinking mass quantities of Stingray beer!!)
You MUST hang out at the Royal Palms beach bar. It's a favorite local spot on Seven Mile Beach, big hut on the beach with reggae music, lots of interesting locals and tourists. Used to be a hotel there, but it's gone, so you have to look hard. there's still the old sign by the road.
Enjoy!!
We'll party just like Bubba does,
We'll do the Old Man proud!
It's always fun to go and visit the little community and Post Office of Hell on the island. Send a postcard from there saying I 've been to Hell, wish you were here.

Anyone know if the old guy who dresses like the devil is still there?? He was in the process of selling out when we were there last.

And you GOTTA go see the Barefoot Man. He plays Jimmy-like tropical music, funny. Especially that song: "Big Panty Woman" and "Margarita Daze". He's at the Reef Resort in Colliers, East End, Grand Cayman. The web site is: http://www.barefootman.com .
Do not resent growing old. Many are denied the privilege.
You have got to try the Lazy Lizard. It's a small local hang-out located near Treasure Island Resort. Great food...reasonable prices...and at the outdoor bar they have swings for barstools. Be careful of the swings if you have a few too many.
