got 8 lawn! we were excited to be 5th in line after lottery but there was still trouble. the order wouldn't process, they told us it must have sold out already and it was only 10:06! they kept trying and finally it went thru. then the next couple of people after us got tickets, no problem. go figure.
we had someone on line as well. he got in fine and was entering credit card # when it kicked him out.

So happy today as my husband and I got lawn seats!! So the trip from NJ back home to the Brugh will be sweet now that we can see Jimmy at the start of the Labor Day weekend Show. HAHA Hopefully we can see all you Pittsburgh parrotheads and have a drink or several. See you all at the show. :wench:
Hey Moe....long time no see. Glad you got tix for the show.I also look forward to seeing some BN'ers in the lot. I actually had pretty good luck today with tix. Got 7 pavillions off next ticket.com and 8 lawns from our friends at TM. :D Got the pool open,so the wife and keet are happy.....now I think it's time to sit back -pop a JB cd in...and relax. We're all gonna have to get together somehow in the lot and enjoy a few cold ones!!!

I never try for multiple seats anymore - it's impossible to get seats close that way. So I went for one ticket and got Sec 2 , Row 11 ! So, I guess they did release Some good seats. Never been to Pittsburgh show - how is the tailgating?

They only sold Section 4-9 and lawn

Based upon everyone's experience which site has worked out the best? Who's is fastest? Ticketmaster or next tickets? I've never used next tickets, but i hate ticketmaster!
I didn't see a reply to this, so here's mine. This is the first year I've used Next Tickets because I started at the Clear Channel sight, clicked buy tickets and it was Next Tickets. I first requested 8 tickets (max allowed) best available. Was told it was too many, and kept halving, but never got through. I then went to Ticketmaster sight, and they said sold out. Came here to the board feeling dejected and saw that Clear Channel still showed pairs. I went back to CC and got 6 pavillion, not together but in 3 pairs. Last year I got through on Ticketmaster my first try and got 8 pavillion (last row, but under the top). I really think it's all about luck, and having lots of friends trying through different methods.

Well, I've wrestled with reality for 35 years, doctor, and I'm happy to state I finally won out over it.

Hey Pholks,

We managed to grab a few tickets, so we'll be there! We'll all have to swap cell phone #'s or something closer to the show so we can get all us BN'ers hooked up.

You did all remember to get lanyards & badges for easy identification, didn't you?

I was in the process of moving, and couldn't try for tickets. My sister stepped in and got the 3 lawn seats I needed. :D
