Blossom Tailgating?

Post by phlisa »

I know its a bit early for this, but does anyone have info about the tailgating at Blossom? I saw people are doing stuff offsite but does anyone plan to tailgate in the Blossom parking lot? I heard that the parking lot was heavily patrolled at the last concert that JB had there and the fun was kept to a minimum. The place is under new management now so I was wondering if they might allow us parrotheads to have our fun. Let me know if you have any info or what you might be planning to do.

No problems

When I last saw Buffett at Blossom I didn't have any problems at all. I'm more worried about this Saturday's show in Columbus.

Wouldn't be worried at all about Saturdays show as long as you keep the alcohol in the parking lots and don't go walking around the streets with it.

Blossom is actually a state park and that makes drinking in a state park illegalll The last time I saw Jimmy there they didn't inforce the law. The only people they hassled was people drinking out of bottles and people with barrels. Poor your beverage into a cup and you shouldn't have a problem.

i've never had a problem at a JB show, but i do know someone that got 180 dollar ticket at a dave matthews concert. but like most places, use a plastic cup and some common sense to avoid being hasseled.
If the phone doesn't ring it's me.
