Favorite Foods for your JB Tailgate??
As I got to thinking about the upcoming Fenway shows ( and the lack of "real" tailgating), all the awesome foods I've eaten at JB shows came to mind... my favorite is coconut shrimp!
BTW... in very few other places can a person roving around a parking lot with a red wagon full of Coronas be fed all these wonderful foods by the best fans in the world!!!
What's your favorite???

I made enough money to buy Miami... but I p*** it away so fast...

Coconut rum soaked pineapple-I heard this from a fellow BNer and tried it in Raleigh- Convenient, easy, fun to share and sooo yummy! Second best was homemade clam chowder made by a "well-seasoned" parrothead tailgating nearby who even mailed us the recipe after the show!!!!

Sorry. Wrong forum.

We call it seafood concoction, just because we haven't been able to come up with a name. You fill a big tin, like the ones you would put a turkey in, and fill it with sliced peppers (red,, orange, green, yellow) portabello mushrooms, onios, carrots, shrimp, crab and losbster.....and a bottle of Parrot Bay coconut rum to marinate it in. Let it soak for abour two or three hours. Very tasty!
We will be preparing it again in the RV this year for Nissan.

standards have been cheeseburgers for lunch, with some type of seafood for dinner. We figure by the time dinner rolls around no one is going to be that hungry. Favorite was orange marinated shrimp with a black bean salsa. Simple, and quick to fix and eat, leaving plenty of time for beverages and desert. Thinking about mini pineapple baked alaskas for this year.
