I am trying to put together some fun facts/triva about the year 1979? Anyone have any good ideas? I was on the 'net all day and got some, but could use more. Fads would be nice. Thanks!

For trends, go to VH1.com and search for I love the 70's - 1979. I'm sure that could get you started.

No she was earlier but ALien and Apocolypse now came out in 79.

I have some personal memories I could add but not in mix company

Thanks Penny! I was on the "inthe70s" a bunch today, but missed the trivia questions. Now I don't have to think of some of the questions and answers.
