The Speedo man is wondering who is going to be at this show. The Prince of Bluberness will be there in section 23. Anybody else showing up?

Anyone doing the Northeast Ohio Parrothead Club thingy at the restaurant and then taking the charter bus to Blossom? I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

I've heard horror stories about sobriety checkpoints, etc., etc. and highly doubt I can behave well enough to pass such a place

. So, the bus sounds like a good idea.

On the other hand, I don't want to have someone telling me when to leave - "I don't want that much organization in my life!"

Anyone want to share what their plans are?

My fiance and I have just recently joined the Northeast Ohio PHC. We've had plans to go to Virginia, so we arent able to go to Blossom, but it sounds like they've got a lot planned and seems like it will be a lot of fun. Your best bet may be to contact the club and talk to someone who is going.....most of them are.

My plan is to do whatever my friend in Stow tells me (that's my job- being pretty and obedient!

), I have no idea what's going on.

Our club (Indy) did a bus trip last year, and it made things so easy- you show up for the party, start drinking, get on the bus when they round everyone up, keep drinking, go to the show, keep drinking, go back to the bus, still drinking, and they drop you at the hotel. It's way less organization than a full scale tailgate.

Go to www.parrotheadclub.com for all the info about the pre concert party. It's at Tangiers in Akron. Fins To The Left will be playing, and tentatively Erik Piestch, aka The Whaleshark from Maui will be playing also. The party and the bus ride to the concert are very reasonable. We also have a link to hotel accomadations with a special rate for the Parrotheads attending the party.

I plan on doing the same thing. I'm easy and I take directions well. But my job description is different, I'm a grumpy, but obedient, old man.

What-ever. You're not that grumpy anyway, but you get a Red Stripe and you're not that grumpy at all anymore. (Or was it the Key Lime Krispy Kreme?)
