That guy can flat out sing. Looked like he was really having a good time too. Threw his hat out to the crowd and everything.

We weren't close enough to have a shot. My wife sure did want it though!

I've been lucky enough to see Strait in concert five times (front row center in 1997!) and at the end of each concert I've been at the past few years he tosses his hat out and everyone goes insane for it!

I enjoyed George almost as much as Jimmy, but not quite

George is the KING. All he does is stand there and the crowd goes wild. He is a class act and it was good to see him have a good time. Hearing George sing All My Exes Live in Texas with Jimmy was a truly great moment. George the conservative guy in starched jeans and not a lot to say and Jimmy in shorts and no shoes.....well you get the idea. Priceless!

Conched, thanks for that link! I listened to the whole special tonight and even though it was two years old, it was still great!

I know it didn't have any songs from Honkytonkville and I really wanted to hear some of that...guess it's time to purchase a cd. :)

See what Jimmy always gets me into!!

Honkytonkville isn't one of his strongest CDs, but even a not so great Strait CD is better than a lot of stuff that comes out of Nashville.

I know WalMart and some other stores let you preview a few songs of the album before you buy them.
