he's a Malamute,and his name is Cooper.(yes,named after the hockey equipment)

Sorry, I debated the malamute vs. husky argument before posting. I have a minpin that is not a chihuahua so I understand. My most heartfelt apologies and hugs to Cooper. He is very handsome!

FWIW, I grew up in Houston rabidly watching Gordie Howe and sons Mark and Marty play for the Houston Aeros. The Aeros were well supported until the WHA took a big dump and disappeared and Gordie took off back north.

the WHA was just a bad idea in my opinion.hockey was not(and still isnt) a strong enough sport to support two top pro leagues.the sport is suffering now because they went expansion crazy and put in too many teams
