Does anybody know anything about this new private beach? Does it cost anything to get in? Is it worth the trip? We're wanting to hang out at a beach, but just don't know where.

Just found the price......$10. Is it worth it or are there other good beaches open free to the public that have concession stands, umbrellas, chairs, etc.?
