I agree with you that the old stuff is a lot better. I'm only 24 years old but the old stuff is the best and will always be the best. I wish he would mix it up more. That my only complaint with him that the Allman Brothers and Springsteen does. It's just to bad that he's not playing "No Planes On Sunday," "Banana Republics", "Landfill", and songs like that. Anything off of A-1-A would be good. "Presents to Send You" and "Dallas" and some of those. Just my opinion. Saw him in Atlanta and just tired of the same stuff.

Brown Eyed Girl.
Fun song, but I think he should retire it....it would just open up one more slot in the set list for something we don't get often enough.

It IS a great summer song, but I wouldn't mind something( anything) else.

Hello to you too Nicki
Ahhh the sweet sounds of Buffett. Saw him in Columbus in May and had an awesome time. How could not have a good time at this show? I want to get up and dance right now! Go Ralph!

I would pay big $ to see him come out and play A1A and Havana daydreamin' straight through 21 songs, acoustic only

I like his new stuff too, but I'd like to hear God's Own Drunk again, or Landfall, Banana Republics would be good too. He played Presents to Send You a few days ago, if I recall correctly. I like how on the Cds he realeased last year there was enough difference to where each one was its own entity.
Btw, anyone know about Live in Hawaii DVD/CD? I want more Buffett footage!
And, oh yeah, what's that Landfill song? I've not heard it.

thanks, oldmanatee - I never did figure out the Home Depot references - good to know what that was about - or maybe I just tuned them out - we just remodeled our bathroom and I am SICK of the place
