Hotels in Key West

Post by Lupy »

We hope to go to Key West sometime in the next 6 months or so. We have stayed at the Hilton there and liked that area to stay in again. Has anyone stayed at the Galleon?? We are taking 2 of our kids so we need a kid friendly place. Does anyone know the name of the hotel that is by the Hilton?? Its the Hilton,Mallory Square and then the hotel I cannot think of the name of. Thanks!!

The La Concha is nice...right on Duval street...awesome old style rooms and what not...and not too overpriced, depending on the season of course. When we went around this time last year, it was mini lobster season, everythin was expensive, and the overseas highway was filled with boat traffic, which made those passing lanes like gold.
All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz & i'm fine

Just found out that our cottage in Key West (we've spent the past 11 years there) just went condo. So...... we thought we had our same reservation for MoTM and now find out we don't. We need a place with a pool and full kitchen for a week. Anyone have any ideas? I've been searching the web for the past two hours and I feel sick and dizzy.

Try this place.

the only problem is they have a 5 night minimum during MOTM. We were going to stay in one of the penthouse condo's at Pelican landing but are only going for 4 nights and they wouldn't budge on the minimum. We ended up booking the Nassau house because a kitchen wasn't really a requirement for us.
Indecision may or may not be my problem....
