When I first got my nitrous kit...we hooked it up to an old gas golf cart. ran a 50 shot direct port. Gearheads. Puttin anything over a 50 shot dry on a car is asking for trouble. I have a NX wet kit on my car at 75 right now..that's about as far as I can go right now without having to retard some timing.
