I agree with LIPH... He hasn't been proven guilty yet.. Until then he deserves a fair trial.. There is no doubt he slept with her but I don't think he raped her. I also don't think b/c he's a celebrity that he should be used to prove a point. Celebrities are humans also and make mistakes just like you and me... (and, I'm not calling rape a mistake, just stating mistakes in general)

Yeah, there was a mistake in my post. I meant to say he admitted to "cheating on his wife", not "sleeping on his wife". Gumby, in his haste to line Kobe up in front of the firing squad, jumped on it and misinterpreted what I said.
