Yea makes ya want to go out and....you know.......do it.

Try that at abortion clinics when both protesting sides are there. It should diffuse the situation.

Is that a tribe or a monkey? If it's a tribe, where do I go to sign up?

Can't wait to meet you and the Mrs. at Jones Beach! Have you two recovered from moving and the wedding yet?

Ok, I got dragged to the Cher Farewell Tour last year (with my gay best friend, of course). It was a fantastic show and wonderful evening, if the tour comes back through (it's the last tour, but it's an ongoing tour that will never end- was the description), I would go back in a heartbeat.

Not sure what I missed but I'm on the side of the moderators and the site owner... they have the final say in what stays and goes and frankly I'm fine with that.

I went around the net through other forums this evening and collected some outside ground rules. The rules here are very fare IMO and easy to live with. I’m sure everyone agrees, but anyway, take a look at these from elsewhere:

- Do not Ask Questions that have already been asked or that are answered on the site or in an FAQ on the forums
- Do not Bump Topics (Reply to them in order to push it up in the listing)
- Do not Double/Triple/Quadruple/Quintuple etc. Post
- Do not have any posts containing useless un-needed smilies
- Do not make Posts with the sole purpose of advertising
- Do not just reply saying: "Yeah, I agree" or "No, I disagree". Explain yourselves
- Do not ask for downloadable things such as Music, Videos, etc.
- Do not reply to topics that haven't been posted in for more than a month.
- Spell check every one of your posts. Don’t embarrass yourself.
- This is a message board about [INSERT FORUM SUBJECT] not about anything else or anyone’s social lives. Do not start any discussion that has nothing to do with [INSERT FORUM SUBJECT].
- Any threads that go off topic will be locked or deleted

I an NOT going to reveal the names of any boards I got these from, as they are just examples and I’m NOT questioning those boards’ way of doing things.

Aren’t we all glad we don’t have such rules as above here on BN? I believe Jim’s ground rules keep order and provide plenty of leeway at the same time so we can all have fun AND obey the rules.
