Zanzibar,

Actually on certain nights I can hear the music from the Tweeter Center but it is very faint. It actually doesn't sound bad tonight on my computer today. Just a couple of skips but overall not bad.

Being so close to the Center only means that if I imbibe too much I can practically walk home. :D
