Oh well Im going just to tailgate, if there still is one.........at the ND tailgate the administration was appauled by the drunkeness and one alleged aquaintance rape, so they are threatening to make tailgating a "Dry" event. Can you say "riot party" bring out the couches. Its 1997 all over again
I got a bunch of phone calls from my friends at MSU during the riots when Munn field went dry (and as I remember, it was 1998 )... then the next night, my buddy at Washington State calls me at 4am and yells "watch CNN tomorrow, we're rioting!!!" MSU had a reason (somewhat) to riot, while the dorks at WSU just felt like starting fires and turning over cars for the hell of it...

Yes it was 1998, but the first riot started in late 97 and then the last was 1999, actually the 97 one was really a party that got out of hand , the 98 one was a protest until the cops started pepper spraying students for being "ON" campus

then it turned ugly, the 99 one really was the only real riot and the only one that I really was all about the students behaving like idiots. I remember my mom calling me and giving me crap about the riot and I said well its not just us, look at the news WSu are totally copying us right now, and then the reporter asked a kid from Wsu why they were rioting and he said "MSU did it last night!!!, fight for your right to party!" I nearly died laughing.
and yes kids...............teargas hurts and it works

#8 Tennessee vs #9 Auburn
How in the hell are the Vols winning with 40 something year old Danny Ainge at QB and how in the hell did they manage to find some eligibility left for him??????? Fulmer must have the NCAA wrapped around his finger!!

Did you see the Vols/Gators game?? With call like that. That's how they are winning.

I didn't realize we got 40 yards and 3 points for the call. All the lizard defense had to do was keep a TRUE freshman from driving 40 yards in under minute to set up a 50 yard fg attempt. Ball call yes, but also bad defense.

The defense is not very good & our two freshmen qb's finally played like freshmen. I knew there was a very good chance we would lose, but I thought we could at least hang in there with them. Auburn & Georgia impressed me this weekend. The Auburn-Georgia games (regular season & SECCG) will be fun to watch.

Weekend Wrapup: MELLI, sorry bout your 'Neers! Watched most of the game and they were dreadful. Didn't help that Harris was dinged up early but they couldn't do anything right. Lucky to be in the game at all in the end.
LUCKEYES finally lose!!!!

Disappointed I didn't get to see this one....damn boring wedding reception. Nonetheless, Luckeyes are still dangerous and like Michigan should get better as the young offensive personel comes together.
TULLY, your Dawgs must have been awesome! Sounds like a near perfect game from Greene & Company...now if you can get past them damn Gators!!??
Looks like good ole BOB ROBERTS has dropped off the map....and with the spanking his Vols received I don't blame him. Again, youth at QB can be tough. And I think Auburn likes coming from the shadows instead of being the fav like last year. Lots of skill position offensive talent on that team.
What's up with KYLE ORTON? Is this Boiler trying to cinch the Heisman by October 30? Come down to earth young man.....but nice job kicking some Irish ass though!!!!
MICHIGAN/Minnesota this coming weekend....I'm thinking Gophers got payback on their mind so Coach Herrman best ready the "D"!!!!!
GO BLUE !!!!!!!

Dude! Chill! As weirdo0521 said, I was talking about Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. My brother is an alum and he played football there from 87-92!
Trust me... I never root for the Canes!

Today the dumb-ass Michigan State admistration and their lacky "yes boss" student assembly group(leeches not students) banned glass containers and drinking games from tailgates, this is just the beginning of bans, the rest will take place next year(more then likely during the summer when no one is there to protest) How in the world is Flip cup, beer pong, card games, and drinko the evil thats bringing down the college image? I dont think this would be the problem if the football team was 4-0 and not 2-2 lead by a coach that was our 5th choice.
