Growin older... but not up

I was just wondering how old Jane, and the kids are.
I know Jimmy is a pirate lookin at 58 but i'm not sure about anyone else...

How old is...
Jane-
Savannah-
Sarah Delany-
Camren-

Just wanted some help on figurin this out!

Savannah was born in 1979 and Sarah in 1992. I believe that Cameron who was adopted is 2 years younger than Sarah.

Sarah is going on 12 or 13.
And Cameron is either 10 or 11.
