Andouille and other Nawlins sausages
Many good Cajun recipes call for Andouille sausage. It is not easy to find here in So Cal. Does anyone know where I can find it here? or online? When I was in NO I also enjoyed another sausage that was soft and full of rice and pork or other stuff. Does anyone know the name of this sausage? It's like a meal unto itself.
We gotta go where it's warm - Punta Margarita.

I believe I have the answer to my own question, (which is a good thing because this forum doesn't see a whole lot of activity). The sausage in question is boudan. This would be a great sausage to take to the San Diego concert for tailgating purposes.
