John Kerry was elected Lieutenant Governor of MA in 1982, he was elected a US Senator in 1984. How hated can he be if he was able to hold a statewide elected office for over 22 years.

Yeah but it is by the same people who think the Sox can beat the Yankees in the playoffs.

I think that that answers the original question perfectly. The state is VERY VERY liberal.

Nah... you're thinking of Nevada... and instead of Republican votes it's Democratic Voter Registration forms...

Gotta hand it to the RNC... they're good at what they do... they've learned a lot since Watergate.

Ted Kennedy has been a MA Senator for 42 years (1962 - ), something tells me there are a few people in MA who like him.

At the bottom of this post click on profile, then click "Find all posts by BottleofRum" and read my last post in the baseball thread about the Red Sox before flapping your fingers on your keyboard.

This is why I steer clear of politics here, you make a post backed up by legit facts and freak people out so they bring up a completely different topic trying to deflect the fact they were wrong.

I wouldn't!

I also wouldn't want my girlfriend alone with Bill Clinton but I would still vote for him?
