Yes. I'm a chef. I've worked with gas, wood, and charcoal. If I can avoid using gas, I will every time.

Yes. I'm a chef. I've worked with gas, wood, and charcoal. If I can avoid using gas, I will every time.
Well I've used charcoal and gas and haven't had a complaint yet. Please don't take this as an attack against you, I just like gas cause it is easy and I'm lazy :wink: :lol:

Neither, actually. We use a smoker. So technically, I guess it's charcoal.

Charcoaling is thirsty work................

The way to cook a steak or filet is to pan sear it in a iron skillet with butter for 2 minutes a side then.....you slow cook it on a charcoal grill............cooking time.....7 beers

We usually make a least one trip up to Manitowac each fall to visit the monster-in-law. Looks like you're not too far off of I-94. Maybe I can talk hubby in to a pre-torture diversion :lol:
